Binghamton bus station was awful Smelled really bad, bathrooms had been mopped & left very wet, security didn't do anything to help with clientele

My family is in on the road and I can't even get hold of them because the bus doesn't have working charging systems and they were supposed to be in port Shepstone yesterday for my wedding so now they ... I'm very disappointed.

Ride was excellent., price was very reasonable, but the trays and window ledges could use a wipe down as both were not very clean Rest of the bus was in good condition I will do this trip again

The bus driver waw very friendly I liked that. The bus was supposed to depart at 3pm but instead delayed and departed 6pm. The bus service was friendly and our luggage was treated carefully and safel ... The bus driver waw very friendly I liked that. The ride wasn't a total disaster it's just the time was wack. And another thing I did not like the fact that the bus had no phone charging sockets or they were not working.

I have been taking bus with this company for almost two years now and I'm disappointed. The bus took some locate route and made me arrive one hour late. There was no traffic or anything but some rando ... I have been taking bus with this company for almost two years now and I'm disappointed. The bus took some locate route and made me arrive one hour late. There was no traffic or anything but some random route. Very disappointed. Ended up missing my ride back home and had to pay close to $50 for Uber. Overall really disappointed
