Recently, a friend visiting me needed a ride early in the morning to Dublin Airport. I was delighted to see that Aircoach had a 4 a.m bus from Leopardstown, close to my house. We arrived at 3:50 a.m and waited until 4:25 a.m. Since the schedule said it would take close to hour to arrive at the airport, I had to take him myself. This bus delay was during the time when Dublin airport was a fiasco with horrendous waiting times and people missing flights because others incompetence. When I complained it took a month to get an answer and they stated that the bus arrived earlier than it actually did and threw out their policy that covers themselves in the case of traffic causing delays. It was 4 a.m! No communication on being late. Furthermore, they took no responsibility. It seems wise for a business to at least apologise and offer a 12euro refund. None of that. They lost my business forever and I’ve already deterred others (so they already have lost money) from using their service with morons that manage their customer relations. Unbelievable, unreliable, and dishonest!
