The worst ever. Punctuality is zero. If only I knew. Should have read the review before I bought the ticket.

i was travelled from TBS to KT FOR business purpose. Pilih bas ini kerana ingin sampai awal tetapi bas lewat selama 47 minit di TBS tanpa sebarang makluman dari pihak bas dan tiada permohonan maaf di ... i was travelled from TBS to KT FOR business purpose. Pilih bas ini kerana ingin sampai awal tetapi bas lewat selama 47 minit di TBS tanpa sebarang makluman dari pihak bas dan tiada permohonan maaf dilakukan oleh pemandu bas sedangkan hari dan waktu perjalanan bukan peak hours. Perjalanan yang sepatutnya mengambil 5-7 jam menjadi 11 jam walaupun jalan tidak sesak. Pemandu hanya membawa bas 50 km/hours. Sepanjang perjalanan pihak bas hanya berhenti 2 kali untuk ke tandas sahaja dan diingatkan hanya untuk 15 minit sahaja. Pemandu tidak berhenti untuk makan dan solat. Sangat memalukan kerana pemandu adalah beragama islam. Mohon latih pemandu dan tambah baik dari segi mutu perkhidmatan dan servis perjalanan. Jangan hanya kenakan bayaran mahal pada tempat duduk sahaja. TQ

Orang ambik bas pukul 3 sebab nak smpai awal. Ni dahlah delay satu jam. Sidai orang satu jam. Lepastu dah gerak selama satu jam. BOLEH PULAK DIA PATAH BALIK SEMATA NAK AMBIK 1 ORANG YANG TERTINGGAL. 1 ... Orang ambik bas pukul 3 sebab nak smpai awal. Ni dahlah delay satu jam. Sidai orang satu jam. TIKET BAS PUKUL 10pagi , tggu smpai 10.50 bas x smpai2 . Call semua nmbor yg letak dkt website , fb semua tak berjawab. Baik korang tak payah letak nmbor fon kalau ltk tapi org call x angkat. Apa bangang tak ada inform apa2 , korang ingt aku tunggul kayu ke tggu dekat sejam bas x dtg2. Pengurusan bas yang paling bangang setakat ni. Bayangkan pukul 3 lebih aku smpai dkt busten & tggu punya tggu kata delay ke pkul 4 tapi 4.35 baru smpai . Bodohhhh . 1. Please let the passengers know beforehand, if the toilet facility can't be used. It's the main reason they even use Alibaba Express. 2. Rude drivers shouldn't got hired. There was a few reckless people stood in-front of the bus before I got in. I was having a burger in my hand. I didn’t know that we are not allowed to eat in this bus. I didn’t know that we are not allowed to eat in this bus. I told them that I will not eat inside the bus. In fact I wanted to eat upon alighting at my destination. But one of them so rudely grabbed the plastic off food from my hand. I asked him what is his problem and why he did that. Omg he was so rude and refused to even apologise but talked nonsense instead. I never had experience this before with other bus services. In fact I bought a ticket with a bus company name Billion Star and not even this Ali baba
