Horrível. Assentos apertados, me colocaram em uma cadeira que não reclinava e fazia muito calor sem ar condicionado. Uma viagem de 7 horas que foi um pesadelo

We've enjoyed our 2 bus trips so far. The helpful staff and courteous drivers have been incredibly patient with our minimal Spanish and very welcoming, too. The buses are clean and comfortable. I'd like to give a big Thank you to ALSA for upgrading us to a "comfort bus" which was a nice surprise. We will continue to ride with ALSA and highly recommend this bus service. Thank you again for fascilitating our needs.

Alsa buses are fine, most now come with a small 7 inch screen and using earphones you can pick from a reasonable selection of movies albeit in Spanish. Premium adds a single seat option, larger mor ... Alsa buses are fine, most now come with a small 7 inch screen and using earphones you can pick from a reasonable selection of movies albeit in Spanish. Premium adds a single seat option, larger more comfy seats and more options on your screen. USB charging as well plus a waitress. What more do you expect for the price??
