First of all the bus was late . The man that goes by the Surname Khoza over charge use , I had to suitcases that I was very much aware that Iโll pay for luggage my cousin had 1 sport bag that weighed less than 10KG and my other cousin also had a suitcase that was 11,5KG and mine was 17,4KG , both my cousins paid R100 each and I was charged R180 , which was R380 in total ! I demanded that he should calculate while I was looking and the calculations werenโt adding up but ended up paying . The bus was dirty and stinking , bus driver had unnecessary stops in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night which felt unsafe . When I say it was my first and last time travelling with that bus I mean it . i donโt recommend it at all !

I booked the ticket for my daughter on the 12/01/25 from CPT bus for 6:30 and the bus only pitch at 9pm and we arrived in Butterworth 12:50 and now again the return is on 16/01/25 @4pm and the bus on arrived late was delaying for 5hrs and we supposed to arrive in CPT at 09am still on the road , now i called the number they told me the bust is stim in PE bus will arrive at maybe 6pm how horrible is that to travel Aday and half and the guy that answered the Fone was very rude he is not sure which bus my daughter is in he dropped the phone
My question why these buses are still operating because this is disgusting why are you still allowing this to happen to ppl what if there's someone sick that is Rushing to the Doctors appointment, the SERVICE IS VERRY POOR THEY DONT CARE ABOUT PPL

On the 24-01-2025 I bought a ticket from Mount frere to Cape town for 25-01-25,it suppose to departure at 16:00 the bus didn't arrive at all, when I call the office they said I supposed to go to Mtata to get bus there because I'm 1 here there is no bus. I got that information after I called them and they said the bus in Mtata was departure at 15:00 I got that information past 4. No communication and no bus. Someone that works in Mtata said even there people were stranded they have to sleep outside there was no bus. Poor company, Poor service . You are failing in this business you rather leave it to the people who knows how to do the business.

We were travelling for a family emergency. We booked our ticket for 5pm but received a text message 3 hours prior saying the time has been shifted to 3:30pm which was cool. We got at the station and the bus left on time but took a very long route. From Cape Town to bellville, to Paarl, to George picking up people along the way. No communication whatsoever from the drivers. We first hit things in the road, almost hit an ambulance on a stop and go, bus swerved and bounced when we got in Port Elizabeth. The road was slippery but the driver just didnโt care. We were 3 hours late. Those that were supposed to be dropped of in Qumbu were dropped off in Mthatha. It was my first and last time. Iโll never take APM again in my life, it was the worst of the worst

Worst service ever. Waited for 5 hours and when the bus finally arrived we were told we'd need to change to another bus in Prince Albert Junction on N1. That was another hour of delay.

I have never been frustrated and disappointed like that in my life. My bus was suppose to leave CT at 19h00 it only arrived at 02h45 AM. I was at CT station from 17h30. I started to panic around 18h00 ...
I have never been frustrated and disappointed like that in my life. My bus was suppose to leave CT at 19h00 it only arrived at 02h45 AM. I was at CT station from 17h30. I started to panic around 18h00 when the 18h00 bus was no where to be seen and one of the bus employees jockingly said the 18h00 bus will be available at 21h00, little did i know that i will be at the station for nine hours before my departure, Im still hurt.
