The bus broke down on the side of the road, engine smoking. Crawled into Wilmington, where we were told to wait "for 45 minutes" - I was forced to get a train ($96) the rest of the way to Baltimore. Crawled into Wilmington, where we were told to wait "for 45 minutes" - I was forced to get a train ($96) the rest of the way to Baltimore. Rang for a refund but their "customer service" number has no answer, and voicemail is full. Truly terrible.

This company is a flipping thief I bought my ticket online and I did not find my email so I ended up paying 40 dollars cash to go on the bus when I arrived in New York there office was close so I cou ... This company is a flipping thief I bought my ticket online and I did not find my email so I ended up paying 40 dollars cash to go on the bus when I arrived in New York there office was close so I could not change my ticket an there customer service number wasn’t available when I went back on the app to check my ticket it was marked as used when I called there customer service an finally got a hold of them I was disrespected and the person hang up on me after I was explaining what happened , I did not use my ticket !I don’t recommend anyone to use this bus they a robbing people blind

They oversold the bus. Even if you reserved a ticket in advance online they refused service. Thieves. Lobby was full of pissed off customers that had their money stolen by this crooked company.
