التعامل من خدمة العملاء كان في منتهي قلة الادب و قلة الذوق ميعاد التحرك من دهب للقاهرة كان الساعة ١ الظهر اتأخرنا عليهم كام دقيقة بالظبط ، الساعة واحدة و اربع دقايق اتصلت بي مندوبة اسمها بسنت اتكلمت ب ...
التعامل من خدمة العملاء كان في منتهي قلة الادب و قلة الذوق ميعاد التحرك من دهب للقاهرة كان الساعة ١ الظهر اتأخرنا عليهم كام دقيقة بالظبط ، الساعة واحدة و اربع دقايق اتصلت بي مندوبة اسمها بسنت اتكلمت بقمة قلة الادب و صوتها كان عالي و تقولي الباص هيمشى و يسيبكوا. لو دي شركة محترمة المفروض تفهم ان من اساسيات التعامل ان يتكلموا مع الناس بذوق و إن مش من حقهم يغلطوا في الناس.دة غير إن في رحلة الذهاب من القاهرة التحرك كان الساعة واحدة وقفنا في الشارع استنينا الباص لحد الساعة اتنين و ربع. طريقة السواق في الكلام مش حلوة و صاحبتي كانت حاجزة التذكرة إنها تنزل عند الرحاب و مأكدين من قبلها و نتفاجئ علي طريق السويس إنه مش عايز ينزلها عند الرحاب و تغير مكان اللي هتنزل فيه. دي
لو في تقييم أقل من نجمة واحدة كنت اديتهلهم هتبقي آخر مرة اتعامل معاهم
