Charged 2 of us 70 euro for a return trip from salou to Barcelona and back, didn't mind the price till It took us 3hrs to get there and 3hrs back, it's only 65 miles ffs, train station is shut so you ... Charged 2 of us 70 euro for a return trip from salou to Barcelona and back, didn't mind the price till It took us 3hrs to get there and 3hrs back, it's only 65 miles ffs, train station is shut so you think they would run a bus service direct to make up for the trains being off, anyone thinking of using plana while here would be better off hiring a car

Online Support was good and really tried to help, but sometimes confusing. Support in English is not every time great in Spain in general. So I wouldn't blame them specifically. But for an question th ... Online Support was good and really tried to help, but sometimes confusing. Support in English is not every time great in Spain in general. So I wouldn't blame them specifically. But for an question they would like to have a "locator number" from the ticket. On the English ticket id nothing called so and so on.... Later the bus was sold as a ride without changes. But since we where the only two people on this on demand bus we had according to the driver "change to car". Commercials told us service in English... But turns out he meant "change the bus". We where seated in an not as bus plana labeled old bus that didn't look or sound safe from the outside. It was full nearly to the last seat. And on my seat was liquid. Hope for a spilled drink but fear it was urine. At the end we arrived in time. But not with the promised experience and me with my last trousers for this holiday wet with who knows what. Based on this experience I am glad I was able to catch my flight in time but would never ever book bus plana again.
