worst service ever faced, They even not seen males or females seat, atleast they will not check the bus and ticket is correct or not.they have cancelled ticket without informing. my suggestion is i will not preffer CGR travels, actually i am going to hyderabad to vempalli , thee is no option of vemnpalli. and note they will not see passenger departure location.
