Bad experience for wasting of time on the road for unnecessary stopovers which resulted long delayed in reaching destination. Boarded Cityline on time from departure point on weekday. However, 1. ... Bad experience for wasting of time on the road for unnecessary stopovers which resulted long delayed in reaching destination. Boarded Cityline on time from departure point on weekday. However, 1. Was not informed for reason that passengers were made to change bus at Yong Peng, and wasted around 1hr for waiting? 2. Again, another detour to Senai rest station were made to wait for more than 45 mins, later was seen driver handover a white box to 2 ladies and collected some money from them. ? Sideline. Strongly suggested to consider other bus services as the 5 plus hrs journey were turned into 8 hrs from the above.

I wanted to share my recent experience with the Cityline bus service, as I encountered several issues that I think are important for you to be aware of. I wanted to share my recent experience with the Cityline bus service, as I encountered several issues that I think are important for you to be aware of. Firstly, the bus was 20 minutes late without any prior notification. My friend and I were left waiting outside the Lavender Station, unsure of what was happening. When I tried to contact their number, they provided me with a coach number (VMH6450), but upon arrival, the bus had a different name and company sticker, which was quite confusing. After crossing the Singapore-Malaysia border, we had to board another bus, which also did not have the Cityline branding. This made it very difficult to identify the correct bus, as there were many options in the parking area. Additionally, our booking was for a single-level bus, but the one we ended up on was a double-decker. The seating arrangement was also not followed that is the reason we book due to seat configuration due to motion sickness. My seat should be at left row with no seatmate. now i was in the back on the bus which is very bumpy. Overall, I would rate my experience with Cityline as a 2 out of 10. I would strongly recommend considering alternative bus companies, such as KKKL or Aeroline, which I've heard are among the top providers in the region. I hope this information is helpful for you in making an informed decision about your transportation options.

The driver is very rude and unprofessional. We got stranded and soaked in the rain because our bus has some issues and we were advised to disembark. The driver without feeling sorry and being rude tell us to go out and get our luggages without explaining what’s the problem beforehand. Then we waited fro almost 2 hours without assurance when will the next or new bus will fetch us. Every time we follow up, the driver get mad. How rude!

This is happen @ the Yong Peng on 31 Mar when we have a 30min toilet and dinner before we back SG. ... We try not to keep other waiting but the situation does not allow. The ladies toilet queue at the Yong Peng was super long queue since there so many coach arrive at thr. After toilet we back to the bus quickly but the driver was shouting at us and said told u 30min y u all take so long as we said the queue was super long queue and he even ask u queue for a toilet for 30min r. He was been unreasonable and said we like hold up other people timing and late 30 min to start the car. Come on lar if situation allow who want to make everybody wait. Is just happen that today is the weekend n holiday every body also choose on this day back to SG since tml is sch open. This is my first and last time taking this bus will not recommended.
