Well i didn't travel with them. Aparently they cancel their bus in that direction because of a protest bloking road(but the protest is between tunja and bogota, so not in the way and the busses to bog ...
Well i didn't travel with them. Aparently they cancel their bus in that direction because of a protest bloking road(but the protest is between tunja and bogota, so not in the way and the busses to bogota are going so...I dont understand) but mainly d they didn't bother to email their consumer, my ticket was already bought. At the terminal they were rude and unhelpful, 3 diferente desk sent me to each other without being able to say " we cancel all our buses in that direction" or look at my ticket. Im not fluent in spanish but definetly good enough to understand that. They were all rude, mean and un willing to help and forget about getting my money back.. thankfully copetran was there to help in a friendly manner and we understand each other pretty well even with my spanish, amazing what you can get done when you try!. Im definetly done with concorde.
