I would give them zero stars if it was an option. I booked a transfer in error and notified them within the hour that I'd booked it. They refused to refund me and refused to escalate it to a manager. ... I would give them zero stars if it was an option. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs.

Shocking! False advertising, poor low quality cars, drivers demanding more money and customer services couldn't care less. Be warned, once they have your money dont expect what is advertised.

Do not use this company. When booking the transfer they asked for my flight arrival time ( not what time I would like up be collected). My flight arrived 10 mins ahead of its scheduled time. The passp ... Do not use this company. When booking the transfer they asked for my flight arrival time ( not what time I would like up be collected). My flight arrived 10 mins ahead of its scheduled time. The passport control queue was long so I messaged the office to advise them I was going to be a little delayed. When I got through to arrivals the driver had gone, he did not try to contact me. I rang the office and they said they wouldn’t help me arrange another transfer. After complaining to them they would not offer a refund of the 61 euros paid and said they had taken it as ‘expenses’. Terrible service, avoid like the plague and get an Uber (which was 20 euros cheaper anyway!)

Very bad customer service, the taxi did NOT come. we got left with not taxi service. Had to run to find an other Taxi, almost lost airplane and got stuck with a with lots of extra cost. We had lots of stress, since after calling a lot of times NO taxi service came. Present Connecto Transfer all the the receipt, Frist they told, it was the wrong day, I had all the evidence Email, calls, receipts, that I'm write, been dealing with this for 2 Month, now they told not there problem!!! Horrible customer service, I ask number times for a call with customers service, never got a call
