Meine Tochter und ich leben in Australien und haben in Sommer unsere Familie in Deutschland besucht und eine 4 Tage Paris Reise gebucht und bezahlt. Diese wurde leider kurzfristig abgesagt. Ich habe sofort ein Rückerstattungsformular ausgefüllt. Seit Juli sende ich regelmäßig Mails und versuche telefonischen Kontakt aufzunehmen. Alles wird ignoriert. Auf das Geld warte ich weiterhin. Sehr enttäuschend. Es ist illegal das Geld nicht zurück zu erstatten.
