Delta force is horrible ND drivers are rude,and it takes time to arrive,it was my first time and last time will I ever travel with delta force,I would strongly recommend my friends and family to never ... The bus drove non stop for 5 hours, past all petrol stations and then randomly stopped in a bush for people to get off and pee!! And expected us to all just be okay with that. The bus delayed to reach at the picking station and it it up delaying with the arrival at the destination with full 4hrs. It was very hot in the bus because there was no aircon The worse thing is ... It was very hot in the bus because there was no aircon The worse thing is the communication guys yhooooo we were just treated like nothing. It was my first time using the bus and my last time. Absolutely shocking service. Bus did not arrive at all on route and outbound!!! Had to purchase tickets again on Intercape!!! Gave voucher for outbound non arrival after 22 phone calls of which 20 was ... Absolutely shocking service. Bus did not arrive at all on route and outbound!!! Had to purchase tickets again on Intercape!!! Gave voucher for outbound non arrival after 22 phone calls of which 20 was not answered and two emails. Refuse to give refund !!For the amount of money spend on bus fees you could buy a plane ticket! It’s was a horrible experience and do not not know how Delta Coaches are still trading

Firstly the bus was overload others where sitting in the floor, secondly the bus had problems with a tire which the driver knew about but he risked our lives, 3ndly the was no communication on what’s ... Firstly the bus was overload others where sitting in the floor, secondly the bus had problems with a tire which the driver knew about but he risked our lives, 3ndly the was no communication on what’s gonna happen now that they had to stop the bus in the middle of no where and some of us needed to be at work. Lastly the bus had no fucken breaks you guys will kill passengers I believe that all buses are supposed to checked and serviced before departure imagine a distance from EL to GP with a bus that is not stable and has no breaks I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone more especially if you have kids to travel with it can be cheap but I guess it’s best to pay the bigger amount than risking your life.

The worst experience!! How does a long distance bus not even have curtains inside? I was trailing from EC to Gauteng, no toilet inside. The seats are uncomfortable.
