AVOID THIS COMPANY. We bought two tickets for the airport shuttle, paid online and received our tickets. Three buses drove past us with the BUS FULL sign, so we almost missed our flight. We took a tax ...
AVOID THIS COMPANY. We bought two tickets for the airport shuttle, paid online and received our tickets. Three buses drove past us with the BUS FULL sign, so we almost missed our flight. We took a taxi to get to the airport on time.
Now for the amazing part. Even though they collected the money and did not provide the service, they refused to give me the money back. All they said was NO REFUNDS.
Scam company with a very dishonest way of working. I hope they go out of business.

On the way back the bus 784 14.24 29 October 2022 we needed to get on did not turn up. On the next bus at 14.54 we were told we had been sold 2 adult tickets instead of a family one we had asked for, ...
On the way back the bus 784 14.24 29 October 2022 we needed to get on did not turn up. On the next bus at 14.54 we were told we had been sold 2 adult tickets instead of a family one we had asked for, and needed to pay for the children or be denied boarding. Disgusting service, never using again.
