My first time traveling with this bus and I won't recommend it to anyone. The bus has been delayed for more then one hour now with no explanation they only tell everyone who go and ask that the bus is ... My first time traveling with this bus and I won't recommend it to anyone. The bus has been delayed for more then one hour now with no explanation they only tell everyone who go and ask that the bus is approaching but almost 2hours no bus I'm very disappointed shame

The worst ride in my entire life. My leg's are very painful for squeezing us like sardines in a long trip like this, this bus rattles by the windows right through the trip. My leg's are very painful for squeezing us like sardines in a long trip like this, this bus rattles by the windows right through the trip. The air-conditioning system makes the windows all misty and wet. Driver's not professional at all. I'm definitely sharing my experience on all social media platforms and the ministry of transportation. Your bus not viable for long distance, no toilets at all. Never will I travel with eagle liner ever again. My health is a priority yet you've put me in a situation that I had to stand all the time to allow my blood speculation.😠😠😠😠😠😠😭

The worst service I ever got, I cancelled my ticket 3 days before the date due to an emergency and requested a refund. It has been 2 months now without the money stories after another. I went to their ... The worst service I ever got, I cancelled my ticket 3 days before the date due to an emergency and requested a refund. It has been 2 months now without the money stories after another. I went to their office in cape town and the Indian/coloured manager was so bad and could not assist. I regret ever booking their bus.

This is the most ridiculous bus and disgusting service ever I booked a bus yesterday from Knysna to Cape Town the bus came 20 minutes earlier before the normal time and they didn’t bother to communic ... This is the most ridiculous bus and disgusting service ever I booked a bus yesterday from Knysna to Cape Town the bus came 20 minutes earlier before the normal time and they didn’t bother to communicate with me like how far how long etc we’re already here no nothing like that now I’ve been calling all the numbers including the one on the bus ticket no response eagle liner you’re terrible you don’t care about your customers now I want my money back I’m stuck in Knysna with no food with a baby I need to go back home you guys are very quiet when it comes on deducting my money now I want it back

Driver was on time for pick up but we got to out destination an hour and 15 minutes late, no apologise conveyed to ... The worst liner in the country and they don't even care. Overall 1.6 🌟 says it all. Driver was on time for pick up but we got to out destination an hour and 15 minutes late, no apologise conveyed to passengers. Two travellers had to chase the bus as the driver left them in Durban Station. Somehow they met us in Scottsville. A swapp of passengers in Durban station took place and this how the message was conveyed to passengers, "GUYS SOME OF YOU DON'T BELONG IN THIS BUS" then the areas/destinations were mentioned and those passengers were TOLD to jump into another bus that was parked somewhere by a garage...legally acceptable, we will know. Now, my biggest ordeal....mistakenly I chose the incorrect time of departure. I sent an email to online department that assisted me with the purchase of my ticket but they referred me to Eagleliner whom I contacted and explained my human error and openly understanding the terms and conditions. Consultant still promised me to assist me and advised me that I will be able to get a seat in the afternoon bus which will departure at 21:00. I was advised of the service fee I will have to pay and the difference as the afternoon ticket costs more. Total amount to be paid immediately was R176, I immediately paid R170 and a response was provided stating that my payment is being verified... how exactly, I am still wondering. I was not advised of a R6 varience I did an immediate payment and sent the proof of payment as requested. This was concluded around 14:00 on the 29th in order for me to travel at 21:00 on the same day. To my suprise when I got to Park Station, THE BUS IS FULLY BOOKED AND MY TICKET WAS NOT ACTIONED. The pathetic, unacceptable and arrogant service I received from the consultant... I qoute *we can't do anything, you will have to re-book for tomorrow* Call centre with the similar attitude, I was asked to WhatsApp my issue to a call centre consultant that was on the phone with the consultant in front of me 🤔.

Horrible service!!! The bus is extremely late amd it is late at night. Tried contacting on every platform but no response. I am utterly disappointed in his service. Unreliable

Good day Eagle Liner, We are stuck in Beaufort West due to your negligence of not complying with traffic rules. The bus transported us from Joburg to Bellville/Cape Town. The bus got pounded at B ... Good day Eagle Liner, We are stuck in Beaufort West due to your negligence of not complying with traffic rules. The bus transported us from Joburg to Bellville/Cape Town. The bus got pounded at Beaufort West and we are told another bus is coming from Cape Town, which will take 5 hours to get here and another 5 hours to travell back to Cape Town/Bellville. Our main consend here is we will get there in the middle of the night, how are we going to get to our homes at that time considering the rate of crime in the townships. Could you not have found alternative transport around Beaufort West, seek help from other transporters nearby? This service is very very poor. The company doesn't value its customers.

I'm so disgusted with eagle liner. As I write this email I'm waiting in Heidelberg waiting for a bus that's from durban. It's true what they say, the cheaper it is the shit it is. Never again!!!
