During my journey with Elite Express on July 30, 2025, I requested an extra water bottle from the driver. He refused, even when I offered to pay, saying he simply "can't give."
This is unacceptable and reflects very poor customer service. I will not travel with Elite Express again and will advise others to avoid it. I also plan to share this experience on all major bus booking platforms to ensure others are aware.
Please take this feedback seriously.

Bus is not safe for ladies.. bus operators won't do what they are saying. The bus is about to reach the dharmapuri bypass at 1:45 AM but it was late due to the tyre puncture. They won't have spare tires as well. When I was trying to call the driver at 1:30 AM, they told me they will update when the bus reached the Thoppur Tollgate so that I can call my brother to come and pick me up. But the cleaner came and called me when the bus reached dharmapuri bypass. The bus driver is yelling at me to get off the bus immediately. He is asking to take the auto at 3:30 AM. What is the safety they are giving for the ladies who are traveling at night?
Bus will charge you 1200+ , they won't promise the services needed. When I got off the bus immediately, they didn't even wait for another 5 minutes till my brother came.
