My brother was travelling to cape for granny's funeral, 1st the bus was extreme late the later at 4am they were stopped for hours because the bus didn't hv the right documents till around 2pm,he arriv ... My brother was travelling to cape for granny's funeral, 1st the bus was extreme late the later at 4am they were stopped for hours because the bus didn't hv the right documents till around 2pm,he arrived at cape after 6pm. That is more than 24hours in a bus. Because we had already bought a return ticket he left cape on Sunday the 15th he already dd another more than 24hours in the bus again from Cape to JOHANNESBURG.ur service is crap, bullshit service. I fail to understand why dnt u guys shut down because u killing ppl.

This is the worst bus service ever we received, no punctuality at all. We were told the bus is delayed with whole 3 hours by their Bellville clerk, our bus was 13:20 and we were told the bus would on ... This is the worst bus service ever we received, no punctuality at all. We were told the bus is delayed with whole 3 hours by their Bellville clerk, our bus was 13:20 and we were told the bus would only arrive at 16:00, to our surprise when we get there again at 15:00 only to find out we were given wrong information the bus left at 14:30.... My niece only got in a bus 20:00🤢🤢🤢🤢 never ever again would never recommend it to anyone even if disparate

MY HUSBAND STUCK IMPOUNDED IN BEAUFORT WEST SINCE 12MIDNIGHT IT'S 5:30AM NOW, OWNER CANNOT BE REACHED JUST DON'T ... 0/10 POOR!BUT VERY POOR! NEVER USE THIS BUS NEVER!! This was by far the worst experience of my life, it is a bus I would wish no one to use, these people have no regard for time or their passengers on hand. These people left about 15 passengers at a se ... This was by far the worst experience of my life, it is a bus I would wish no one to use, these people have no regard for time or their passengers on hand. These people left about 15 passengers at a service station about two hours from Capetown me included and to make matters worse my child was on board, we had stopped to use the rest room with so many people there was obviously queues to the restrooms. We were literally walking to the bus and the driver watched us and kept going, I was screaming my child my child and he kept going, the passengers tried to stop him ask he kept going, my sister had to call their head office and they contacted the driver and he had no choice but to come back, the people at the garage were very helpful also trying their best to support us in the trauma we were facing. To make matters worse their was no remorse to what took place, there was no empathy at all, especially to me who had a child on board, that whole group really needs to be fired, I'm going to take this matter further.

How is this buss service for real...how is Shoprite supporting such a unprofessional company I Paid R8000 for me and my family with kids!!!!!to be left at the weigh bridge at 2am in the morning up unt ... How is this buss service for real...how is Shoprite supporting such a unprofessional company I Paid R8000 for me and my family with kids!!!!!to be left at the weigh bridge at 2am in the morning up until now 7am the driver ran away we have nowhere to go no answer .......can someone help us please....and don't ever use this service ever again it's horrible the first driver was drunk went to sleep till now and left with his bags

I do not recommend this service at all. They should be closed down! Playing with my families lives and our safety. Do not book with them just because it's cheap...you will regret it!
