Não contratem esta empresa. Cancelaram a minha viagem à última hora e não me reembolsaram. Há dois meses que lhes escrevo e ninguém dá uma resposta formal, fui burlada.
They changed the bus stop address without any advice. I lost time and money.
Bus was clean and nice however driver made us pay additional money for carry on luggage despite our ticket allowing us one 20kg luggage and one small carry on
Our bus driver from Porto to Lisbon on February 24 was very accommodating and friendly. Best bus driver ever!
The trip was really cheap, comfortable and on schedule. The bus came on time and we had a good ride from Faro to Lisbon. I would definitely book with gipsyy again!
