On July 17th I had a Philadelphia-New York ticket from 2329 Cottman Ave at 8am. I arrived at 7:35 in the morning and the bus driver did not let me on the bus .. Tickets can be rescheduled before the travel time, or an open ticket can be issued if passengers cannot keep the original reservation.
