Very uncomfortable seating. Delay of 7 hours. Stops at dingy places. Halted for dinner at 12 in.thenight. Driver n cleaners very irresponsible. Bus ran out of fuel totally and we were stranded for 2 hours. Support center equally pathetic..no point talking to them. Agents sell tickets saying Volvo bus..but the bus was not Volvo.

Worst experience ever the bus is delayed and the executives of the company does not have any coordination the didn't inform that the bus was delayed till we called like 10-15 time the don't respond to calls or just put you on hold and if they answer your call they will mis guide you about your bus timings.
So I request everyone that please don't travel in such pathetic buses that don't have any work ethics or any kind of responsibility towards the costumers.

Bus waa more than 1 hour late. They don't even inform you that bus will be late. I had to make last minute alternative arrangements.
They will not even refund money if bus is so late

This company is the worst company I ever travel in my life. The owner of the company must have to teach their employees how to behave with the passengers specially bus driver and bus number 0272, and the driver is so rude and misbehaving with all the passengers and they were very disappointed with the driver's behavior. I forget his name and he took extra money from many of the passengers for luggage and distributing with his collogues inform of everybody. I really ever seen this type of company the their employees. The owner should think and take proper action for driver who runs the bus from Mumbai to Indore, and Indore to Bhopal.

As usual HANS TRAVELS has a early morning stoppage at Shri Anand Sagar Dhaba, whis a worst and most Unhygienic place. I have suggested hans travels since last 8 years to replace this dirty location but they are bot bothered.
I have never seen such a worst and dirty place in my life.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting Anand Sagar Dhaba by HANS TRAVELS BUS and was appalled by the deplorable condition of their toilets. Despite being a popular establishment, their lack of attention to cleanliness and hygiene is unacceptable.

1. Filthy and stained toilets: The toilets were dirty, with visible stains and splatters.
2. Unpleasant odor: The stench was overwhelming, making it difficult to even enter.
3. Lack of maintenance: Broken toilet seats, non-functional flushes, and empty soap dispensers.
4. Insufficient cleaning staff: Toilets were not cleaned regularly.

1. Cleanliness: Basic hygiene standards should be met.
2. Maintenance: Regular checks and repairs.
3. Staff accountability: Ensure cleaning staff perform duties diligently.

Not 3rd class but it's 10th class toilet. And hygiene level was so dangerous, like if you could visit to toilet then you will.
Once you visit here you need not to go any where to buy diseases. Very disappointing and disgusting.
Staff behavior is also very cheap

My experience with the bus service has been consistently poor and frustrating. The buses are always delayed, making it nearly impossible to rely on them for timely travel. Waiting endlessly at stops with no clear updates adds to the stress, turning simple commutes into drawn-out ordeals. The lack of punctuality and poor service have made this a truly disheartening experience.
And also please do not book the bus from red bus app

Sirf problem hi problem tha... bus timing 6:20 tha ticket pe... hum Hans Travels office 6:00 baje pohanch gaye... but not a single staff present there had any idea of the status of the bus (Kitne baje aayega, Kitne baje niklegi, bus number etc..). Even, the staff were not at all cooperative and not in mood to listen to our queries...Finally, we were made to board a bus... but at last moment, again we were made to change the bus again... the bus left Indore at 8:00.... 1 hr 40 minutes late... very disappointing service.... I will never take your service again..
