I booked the bus from East London to Cape Town on the 16 January 2024. When I got to the bus terminal I found people who were waiting since the previous day. I waited from 12.30pm till 6pm. I waited from 12.30pm till 6pm. Their office was closed and there was no response from their office as the number didn't get through. I never got my refund.

Guys please don't use this bus if u still care about your life, I booked it on the 29th of 2024 for the same day but afternoon around 7 they send us a message at 7 that the bus is delaying about an ho ...
