Everything was bad. I had to pay again to get home because the bus got impounded in Beaufort West. I just need my refund 😪

It is not your customers fault that your bus is not serviced ...it breaks and you don't make a plan for your customers. Poor service. Poor communication. Once arrived @ the bus station in East london in station , the ilula office made a announcement that we will be traveling with a sprinter to the destination of Queenstown where we will find our taking ... Once arrived @ the bus station in East london in station , the ilula office made a announcement that we will be traveling with a sprinter to the destination of Queenstown where we will find our taking us to JHB but when we arrived @ Queenstown around half past 6 to 7 there was only one bus REG: KH74THGP and we were more then 70 passengers and the bus only takes 55 passengers. We waited until this morning half past 3 where the bus started to drive not even more then 5km then we suddenly got stopped from traffic control offices and they impounded the bus and now we are stranded currently with no option. The drivers of the bus tried calling the boss but they said the boss is not answering and her is not even responding right now

Bus was supposed to leave at 19:00 in Queenstown it is now 22:22 there is no bus and no communication, you do not care about people at all

Its wasting of time and money to book this bus, its been an hour waiting for it in Beaufort west to Eastern cape,there is no communication regarding the delay. Nonsense

This is such a disgrace. I mean we have been waiting for a bus for 7 hours yet there is no sign. While we had emergencies to attend. This brand is shameless
