This is my official COMPLAINT ABOUT TERRIBLE CONNECTING BUS FROM ISTANBUL TO ANKARA. I really wonder howcome you can choose CONNECTING BUS BY LOCAL COMPANY '' MERSIN NUR ''. ? This was brutalism TERRIBLE TRAVEL for your customers after long lasting Odessa- Istanbul Route. Normally , the distance between Istanbul- Ankara 440 kilometer, and many local ( Turkish Bus Companies) companies arrive in Ankara in 4-5 hours. But '' MERSİN NUR BUS COMPANY '' CHOSEN BY INFOBUS TOOK US IN 9 HOURS SPENDING EXTREMELY MUCH TIME AT STOP POINTS. '' CURRENT FARE FROM ISTANBUL TO ANKARA BY MERSIN NUR IS ABOUT 400.-Turkish Lira. I PAID INFOBUS 1500.- Turkish Lira FOR THIS ROUTE. MERSIN NUR IS IN LOWEST GRADE AND CHEAPEST ONE AMONG MANY OTHER SUCCESSFUL TURKISH BUS COMPANIES. TAKING 1500.- TRY FROM CUSTOMER AND AND PAYING MERSIN NUR COMPANY 400.-TRY IS '' NOT '' FAIR BUSINESS. IT DAMAGES REPUTATION OF INFOBUS . CAN YOU IMAGINE TERRIBLE TRIP OF 9 HOURS FROM ISTANBUL TO ANKARA WHICH HAD TO BE NORMALLY MAXIMUM 5 HOURS.
I almost lost my confidence to infobus and will be COMPLAINING AT OTHER SITES OF GOOGLE, TRIPADVISER BOTH IN TURKISH AND ENGLISH.
This COMPLAINT message is for ATTENTİON OF YOUR MANAGEMENT.
