Bad service. Ticket doesnt show where exactly is the boarding, the local bus station doesnt even know about such company operating there. Tickets lost because of terrible organization from Itabus.

It is the minimum. It is frightening, shameful and extremely alarming to see a company unable to guarantee less than the minimum. Honestly, after coming across countless such sad and serious reports about experiences with Itabus, I can't stop wondering how it is possible that this company is still authorized to sell anything. It is unbelievable that for years a frightening number of people have been reporting exactly the same problems and until now absolutely nothing has been done to intervene in this embarrassing business.

Totalmente inaffidabili (le corse vengono “riprogrammate” per orari diversi anche quando la destinazione è un aeroporto, il che implica chiaramente perdere il volo). Non disponibili e poco attenti (ovviamente per queste situazioni non prevedono rimborsi). Strategia di vendita un un po’ sospetta (inviamo la comunicazione dello spostamento orario, ma sul sito il biglietto è regolarmente in vendita all’orario originario). Da evitare assolutamente!
