servis bas paling teruk, tolonglah jangan beli tiket bas ni. Kena sidai selama sejam kat stesen bas, bas sangat buruk dan lambat tiba di destinasi👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 kalau boleh taknak bagi start langsung!!

Urusan call untuk hotline sangat susah dan lambat. Saya pertama kali naik bas ni tertanya tempat menunggu di mana, saya call beritahu saya di aeon, tp yg bercakap cakap tunggu dekat situ, saya tunggu ... Urusan call untuk hotline sangat susah dan lambat. Saya pertama kali naik bas ni tertanya tempat menunggu di mana, saya call beritahu saya di aeon, tp yg bercakap cakap tunggu dekat situ, saya tunggu sampai sejam lebih last sekali dapat tahu tempat bas berhenti di tepi lotus Kota Bharu. Bila pergi, bas pun dah tinggal saya tanpa saya terima call dan tanpa hotline punya number pun tak jawab

Sangat teruk. Saya tunggu di Greenwood untuk ke Kuala Krai. Sepatutnya bus bertolak pukul 10pm tetapi saya tunggu selama empat jam di Greenwood sehingga pukul 2. Tak sampai sampai. Saya request untuk ... Sangat teruk. Saya tunggu di Greenwood untuk ke Kuala Krai. Sepatutnya bus bertolak pukul 10pm tetapi saya tunggu selama empat jam di Greenwood sehingga pukul 2. Tak sampai sampai. Saya request untuk refund ticket rm60, operator buat tak layan je. Service paling teruk saya pernah terima.
