    I have used this service about 3 times because of the price but every time I used it I was met horrible stories. One in particular Horrible Experience happened cause of the main driver( I believe his ... I have used this service about 3 times because of the price but every time I used it I was met horrible stories. One in particular Horrible Experience happened cause of the main driver( I believe his name is Shamin). He is Rude, Racist and once they get your money they could honestly care less about you for the remainder of the ride. He asked specific people to look at their tickets and let others go, used to throw words at you in public settings such as "You won't scam me" and "I know the law" (Had to pay extra for my bag but the website I used never offered the option, instead of just explaining it he ridicules and chuckles). But this latest experience was the worst, I believe the Busbud app malfunctioned but they were selling Monday tickets under the Sunday date and I bought it not realizing(its never happened before but I'll take fault). But I got to the stop it didn't come as scheduled and came hours later. Most of the people had left due to no update so the bus had many extra seats. He picked up what was left of us drove to the city I didn't know and realised my ticket was wrong. Even though I've driven with him a couple of times now he yelled at the front of the bus I was scamming him and I was getting dropped off at the next stop. All to my confusion, people on the bus were trying to plead since it was his job to scan tickets ticket before I got on and he didn't this time. I was left in the cold and told if I didn't pay $100 right there (no refund mind you) they would leave. While on customer support he drove away. I will never use this service and glad I just wasn't too many hours out from toronto. Will never used their service again since I feel like I was scammed

    This company provided awful service!! The car was driven by the company's owner, Shamin, who is a nasty person! He has racist and horrible behavioral concerns! I traveled with them several times, part ... This company provided awful service!! The car was driven by the company's owner, Shamin, who is a nasty person! He has racist and horrible behavioral concerns! I traveled with them several times, particularly when the owner drove; he was in a nasty temper! They literally entice clients by asking for 5-star evaluations and offering free beverages! The car space is extremely congested—there is simply not enough room ! I would not suggest this firm to anyone!

    Bus is never on time i’ve travelled with them quite a few times now and they have got me to my location late every time between 1-2 hours later
