I recently had an appalling experience with Megabus, and I feel obligated to warn others. On December 27th, my daughter and two other passengers were stranded at Pearson Airport Terminal 3 (C8) because the bus failed to stop at the designated location. Despite arriving over an hour early and waiting in the correct spot, the bus left from an entirely different area (C2), leaving them no chance to board.
When one passenger called customer service, they were told they had missed the bus—even though the fault clearly lay with the driver or Megabus’s operations. My daughter had to take an $82 cab to Union Station and purchase a $200 train ticket just to get back to Kingston in time for work.
The total financial loss was $363. Megabus's resolution? A redemption code for a future trip, instead of a refund. This is a slap in the face, especially when the mistake was entirely their fault. Their refusal to issue a refund, despite admitting their error, shows a complete lack of accountability and care for their customers.
If you value reliable transportation and good customer service, look elsewhere. Megabus failed to deliver on its promises and left my family stressed, frustrated, and out hundreds of dollars. I will never use their service again and strongly discourage others from doing so.

Bus from Chatham to Toronto does NOT connect with Montreal bus despite schedule showing. Megabus denies all responsabilty even though they show it on their schedule. Wont speak to us, Executives hide ...
Bus from Chatham to Toronto does NOT connect with Montreal bus despite schedule showing. Megabus denies all responsabilty even though they show it on their schedule. Wont speak to us, Executives hide behind customer service and wont refund money even though problems were of their creation.
