Bus came 2 hours and got breakdown on the way and staff was irresponsible and rude. When we asked at what time bus will reach destination they said they can't commit. Later they gave rs 200 toy brother and rudely asked to get down approx 200 kms before my destination, because of this my brother missed his scheduled meetings and missed his return bus. Request no one to opt this bus.

A Miserable Ride to Forget: My Worst Bus Travel Experience
If I could rate this bus journey zero stars, I would. What was supposed to be a simple five-hour trip turned into an absolute nightmare that tested my patience, back, and sanity. I had booked an intercity bus through a well-known travel app, assuming the “AC Sleeper” label actually meant something. Turns out, it was just marketing fluff.
The booking process was deceptively easy. I paid a slightly premium price expecting comfort and timely service. The app showed a clean, modern bus with cushioned seats and air conditioning. In reality, what arrived was an old, beat-up vehicle that looked like it had been retired years ago. The bus showed up 45 minutes late, with no apology or explanation. And when it finally pulled in, the chaos began.
The driver and conductor were loud, rude, and impatient. They rushed everyone aboard like we were livestock. There were no seat numbers, despite assigned seating. Passengers were arguing over where to sit. The driver simply shrugged and told us to “figure it out.” When I found my supposed window seat, it was broken, didn’t recline, and had leftover food crumbs and a suspicious smell that I’d rather not describe.
The air conditioning was nonexistent. Instead, a few dusty ceiling fans pushed warm, stale air around like it was doing us a favor. Halfway through the journey, the fans gave up too. We were left sweating in a crowded, suffocating metal box that jolted every time it hit a pothole—which was every five seconds. The suspension was a joke, and my spine still regrets every bump.
Adding to the misery was the loud, scratchy movie playing on an overhead screen no one asked for. The volume was maxed out, and there was no escape unless you had noise-canceling headphones—which, unfortunately, I didn’t. On top of that, several passengers were on phone calls, shouting over one another, and the conductor kept stopping randomly to let more people in even though the bus was alre

Sir, In bus no - 5550, from bhuj to udaipur rajasthan, at Mount Abu station ,I took permission from driver for a short break for urination purpose.But the bus bus started from mount abu without me.I immediately picked up an auto and followed the bus for stoping.Meanwhile I could contact driver through phone.By the time the bus had travels more than 7 km.Finally the stopped at one location.The driver was simply giving his excuses.This behavior of the driver and helper towards me wa not tolerable.Forbthis mistake of both driver and helper I had to pay 400/- to auto driver to catch the bus.Kindly look into the case take appropriate action so that such events do not occur with any other passenger.

I am writing to share a distressing experience I had during my recent journey with MR Travels from Bhilwara to Mehsana. This was, by far, the most disappointing and horrifying journey I have ever encountered.
The bus driver abruptly stopped the vehicle at Palanpur in the middle of the yesterday night and forced me to transfer to a different bus. This was done without providing any explanation or arranging a proper seat for me in the new bus.
I was assigned the conductor’s seat in the new bus, which was neither safe nor comfortable. This arrangement felt extremely disrespectful and unsafe, especially during a late-night journey.
The transfer was apparently made to take an alternate route (via Radhanpur) to save fuel costs. This decision prioritized operational savings over passenger safety and satisfaction, which is entirely unacceptable.
Despite having a ticket to Mehsana, I was dropped off at Palanpur with no arrangements made for the remaining journey. This left me stranded and horrified during the late hours of the night.
I have travelled with so many traveler's in my entire life but never faced such kind of issue ever in my life. As someone who has traveled multiple times with Jakhar Travels on this route, I have never faced such issues. Their service has always been professional, with a commitment to passenger safety and comfort. This incident with MR Travels highlights a stark contrast in service quality.

We booked @ 6.30 p.m we called to driver 05.30 p.m driver told bus well coming 9.30 p.m we told we booked 6.15 p.m why 9.30 p.m bus .he told called Mr travell or red bus we called to red bus no one pick the call and return called to driver he picked the call he told in Mumbai is so much traffic that's why bus is late we told ok .
And we called 8.40 p.m and again driver is telling bus well coming 12.30a.m and he cut the phone and again we called he not received the call and we called the redbus he also not picking the call but in online not taking cancelled option
Again we called to customer service he told your amount well return 7 days
And driver called 3 times

Bus timing was 2100 PM hrs but bus arrive mide night 0200 AM hrs
After that 4 am bus was break down and bus AC was stopped
