Bus is quite new. Ample toilet stops. Driver seems competent. No complaints so far.

Bus scheduled 1.45pm but arrived at 2.15pm, and depart at 2.30pm. Total waiting time 45 minutes, if you are urgent and time value to you, please choose other bus company.

IT IS NOT EXPRESS BUS. REALLY SLOW AND STOP FOR LONG TIME FOR REST FOR LONG TIME. Not worth at all for the price…I buy the ticket RM 150. When I reach larkin terminal on 5.20pm I saw them sell the 5.3 ... IT IS NOT EXPRESS BUS. REALLY SLOW AND STOP FOR LONG TIME FOR REST FOR LONG TIME. Not worth at all for the price…I buy the ticket RM 150. When I reach larkin terminal on 5.20pm I saw them sell the 5.30 ticket and I buy through online is 6.30 but the bus left on 7pm and all the ppl who buy 5.30 ticket on the spot board the same bus.

Worst experience with Neoliner. My friend accidentally left his pouch in the bus. We departed on 26th of june from Johor to Kl arpund 2:30 pm and reached Kuala lumpur at 8 pm. After we went for dinner ... Worst experience with Neoliner. My friend accidentally left his pouch in the bus. We departed on 26th of june from Johor to Kl arpund 2:30 pm and reached Kuala lumpur at 8 pm. After we went for dinner and checked in in the hotel we realized that his pouch is missing and thats 2 hrs after we arrived. He went back to the TBS terminal, manage to talk to the Owner of the bus and assured my friend that he will check on the driver. Unluckily the bus driver told he saw nothing and he was on leave for 2 days and another driver drove the bus that day. Moving forward, the driver said that he called the other driver who drove that bus we board from Jb to Kl and that particular driver said , he didnt see any pouch. He is tall, brown skin, bald old man. We were devastated because the pouch has passport, money woth $500 and some important receipts and passes. We didnt expect such dishonesty from your drivers.. As a foreigner, its hard for us to rush and do documentation from both embassu just to exit from malaysia. We are on holidays and 2 days of our trip has been wasted. I just hope that drivers should be more honest. This Driver we encountered is heartless and management cant even rectify the issue.

Absolutely horrendous. Bus never showed up. About an hour aftwr departure time I get a call from customer service asking me if I want to get on a later bus. By that time I had purchased another ticket ... Absolutely horrendous. Bus never showed up. this company is cheating the passanger...i realized...the same bus..for the different departure time..i bought ticket to larkin for 630 am..and the other passanger ticket for 6am...7am...730 am..we al ... this company is cheating the passanger...i realized...the same bus..for the different departure time..i bought ticket to larkin for 630 am..and the other passanger ticket for 6am...7am...730 am..we all aboard the same bus. this company had earlier plan to cheat us. i will not use this bus service anymore.they purposely plan to cheat their cuztomer...go.to.hell with this company [edited by admin]

the stupidest bus ever. IT DELAYS SO MUCH WITH NO CERTAIN EXPLANATIONS. book for 1.30 but hasn’t even boarded 1 hour later!!!! if you are fortunate to check reviews before booking, PLEASE DONT EVER CH ... the stupidest bus ever.
