Had to wait for almost 2 hours for the connecting buzzer from Sprague Ontario to Sudbury. I was supposed to arrive to pick up a car in Sudbury at 4:00 p.m. and now at this bus had being 2 hours like e ...
Had to wait for almost 2 hours for the connecting buzzer from Sprague Ontario to Sudbury. I was supposed to arrive to pick up a car in Sudbury at 4:00 p.m. and now at this bus had being 2 hours like everything is in disarray this the service is absolutely brutal. I can understand 5 or 10 minutes 2 hours late. You better refund your customers at the very least and give them adventure or something cuz this is not acceptable. You're taking your money and your false pretenses. Taking $65 for this trip and having somebody sit at a bus stop in the middle of nowhere for 2 hours for the connecting bus!!!
