The first bus driver drove dangerously, often cutting other drivers off suddenly. He didn't call out the stops until till my last stop with him, it otherwise communicate with passengers. He was late g ... The first bus driver drove dangerously, often cutting other drivers off suddenly. He didn't call out the stops until till my last stop with him, it otherwise communicate with passengers. He was late getting into Newark, causing me to miss my connecting bus. So I was stranded in Newark and had my wallet stolen. The friend I was visiting had to drive two hours to pick me up.

12 hours prior to my bus trip, I was notified the ticket was cancelled and accomdinations were not made. Very disappointing as not further accommodations were made except a discount on a further ride. ... 12 hours prior to my bus trip, I was notified the ticket was cancelled and accomdinations were not made. Very disappointing as not further accommodations were made except a discount on a further ride. They provided me with the following e-mail message: "Dear Passenger, We regret to inform you that your trip on 06/11/2022 has been canceled due to operational issues. We have processed the refund back into your original payment source and should reflect in the next 3-5 business days. We have also sent you a coupon worth $10 as a small token of apology. We greatly appreciate your understanding in this regard. We regret any inconvenience this might have caused. Regards, Team Rally-OurBus"
