As a family of three, we traveled from Indore to Pune and were very disappointed with the service provided by Purpule Bus. The pickup at Shantinagar was delayed by 3.5 hours, and to make up for lost time, the driver resorted to rash and unsafe driving. The bus stopped for dinner at 12 AM, which is far too late for children to have a meal. Additionally, the staff ( sushil kushvaha) were extremely rude and unprofessional, speaking disrespectfully to customers and even suggesting that our dissatisfaction wouldn't affect their company. We will certainly not travel with this bus service again, and with such an attitude and culture, this business is unlikely to succeed.
