Staff Behaviour was the worst. They didn't stop for the washroom, female passengers had to go on the open road, passengers had to wait for 1hr and requested a driver to stop the bus. Luggage got dam ... Staff Behaviour was the worst. They didn't stop for the washroom, female passengers had to go on the open road, passengers had to wait for 1hr and requested a driver to stop the bus. Luggage got damaged, the conductor was so arrogant he was to give a warning to everyone " ap mujhe nh jante ho me bada alag type ka insan hu" irrespective of male, female. Worst trip ever!!! If you think Raj Ratan is good, they are the same as Hans travels. Highly unprofessional, rude staff. Boycott Raj Ratan!!!!

I travelled from Pune to indore today. This is the second time minor bus accident has happened. The Bus was 2 hrs late because of this. I booked Volvo multiaxel sleeper, the person from Raj Ratan call ... I travelled from Pune to indore today. This is the second time minor bus accident has happened. The Bus was 2 hrs late because of this. I booked Volvo multiaxel sleeper, the person from Raj Ratan called before 4 hr. And said the bus got canceled and we are moving you to the same bus on different timing but it was not Volvo multipack instead it was basic Bharat Benz Ac sleeper bus. They took Volvo multipack charges from me.not happy with this at all

I have booked a ticket from Indore to Kanpur. USB charging point not working, Water was falling drop by drop from the roof of the bus onto the seats inside, The condition of the bus was very bad, The ... I have booked a ticket from Indore to Kanpur. USB charging point not working, Water was falling drop by drop from the roof of the bus onto the seats inside, The condition of the bus was very bad, The bus driver was using street language, The bus driver had a fight with a family, The bus driver was telling everyone to do whatever they want, no one will be able to do anything to me. Totally very bad experience in this journey. I will never travel in Rajratna Travels bus again.

20% cancellation charge imposed for canceling within 30 minutes of booking. They wouldn't even allow rebooking into another bus 2 hours later without paying 800 Rs cancellation charge.
