I recently had a terrible experience with RegioJet and I want to warn others before they make the same mistake. Due to floods, the train service was disrupted, and we were promised a bus transfer to o ... I recently had a terrible experience with RegioJet and I want to warn others before they make the same mistake. Due to floods, the train service was disrupted, and we were promised a bus transfer to our destination. However, the information provided on board was completely different from what their customer support later claimed. Worse yet, their customer service was unavailable when we needed it most, leaving passengers stranded in the middle of nowhere with no clear instructions. While their support team later sent a message with a generic apology, it was clear they didn’t care about their customers or taking responsibility for their mistakes. It’s shocking how a company can treat its passengers with such disregard. In contrast, Czech Railways (CD), which also experienced the same issue, handled the situation professionally and compensated all passengers. RegioJet, on the other hand, failed miserably to provide any real support or compensation. If you value your time, safety, and peace of mind, I strongly advise choosing another company for your travel needs. RegioJet does not deserve your business.

Never more. Contact with bus drivers was catastrophy. Cultural level zero. Very strange czech-slovak company. Communication with them was shock. It's better to use different company.

The first experience went good. I order two seats but then someone sit in the one of the seat. I told the driver there is someone in the other seat,but he did nothing. We had the worst bus trip ever with your bus from Budapest to Prague! (Ticket no.: 9850820410) Your personal is disrespectful, they give no information about the trip And now we wanted to buy water on the bratislava stop, they immediately closed the door and they didn't want to open the door until we had to RUN BEHIND THE BUS!!!! You're the worst bus company ever and I will make sure everyone will hear about our terrible experience!!

I am travelling this month in the Czech republic and find Regio Jet the best bus line to use. It is luxurious fast and efficient. I have one complaint. The bus to Karlo Vary sets down at one terminal ... I am travelling this month in the Czech republic and find Regio Jet the best bus line to use. It is luxurious fast and efficient. I have one complaint. The bus to Karlo Vary sets down at one terminal and picks up to return from another. Myself and a Russian woman both waited at the same place that we were dropped that day. No one told us we had to catch the returning bus at a different spot. Consequently we missed the bus.

I used carrier to my trip from/to Poland to Warsaw. The journey was great! Comfortable seats, polite and helpfull bus crew. Driver helped me with my luggage, uncredible :-) We were in bus stop in Wars ... I used carrier to my trip from/to Poland to Warsaw. The journey was great! Comfortable seats, polite and helpfull bus crew. Driver helped me with my luggage, uncredible :-) We were in bus stop in Warsaw on time. Very easy to find bus stop of RegioJet.
