Same issue as others. Booked comfort bus that would arrive at 9:30pm. A mini bus/large van shows up at 10:30. No explanation. One family refused, I got on with my family. Driver played loud music, no ...
Same issue as others. Booked comfort bus that would arrive at 9:30pm. A mini bus/large van shows up at 10:30. No explanation. One family refused, I got on with my family. Driver played loud music, no communication. The absolute worst part is he had cold air conditioning on and would roll the windows down on when It was 10 degrees Celsius outside at night! We froze, I got zero sleep.the driver was terrible but the seats are also awful, sitting on a brick, straight up, can not sleep like this.
I do not recommend this company, reviews are true!

Siwa bus is the worst I have used in years of travelling! The main reason is that this company is dishonest about their provision of service. I booked a comfort bus from Cairo to Siwa and we got a mini bus so uncomfortable that is hard to describe! There wasn't air conditioning, the seats were small, not reclaimable, the luggages were on top of the bus open air and holders by a simple cord. The driver have his music on all night not on a quiet volume, he was so dismissive of us, never asked if we were okay with the music, he never said anything when he stopped somewhere, never even opened the car door to show that we having a break for toilet etc... unbelievable! He acted as if he was alone or even worse, as if he didn't care about his passengers. Even when we arrived at Siwa, he never said so. After the journey, me and my friends were knackered. One thing is to know what type of bus you will have another is to expect something and be surprised by such a different type, especially when the company charged for something they won't provide. Honestly, do not trust Siwa bus. Now, I heard so many more people who've the same experience. Never Siwa bus!
