Tolong jangan naik bas STAR MART! Saya dan anak2 sampai sebelum waktunya. Tunggu dlm 20minit kami cuba contact REDBUS untuk bertanya status bas kami. Suddenly, pemandu bas call kami dan menyatakan b ... Tolong jangan naik bas STAR MART! Saya dan anak2 sampai sebelum waktunya. Tunggu dlm 20minit kami cuba contact REDBUS untuk bertanya status bas kami. Suddenly, pemandu bas call kami dan menyatakan bas telah bergerak dan yang menambahkan kemarahan kami apabila pemandu bas bagitahu mereka NAIK VAN, BUKAN BAS, INI ARAHAN DARI COMPANY! Pemandu tu bercakap dgn kasar. Saya dgn marah kerana tidak dapat notis atau makluman awal berkenaan pertukaran BAS kepada VAN tapi mengapa bertukar kepada VAN sedangkan saya bayar dengan kadar BAS??? BAS STAR MART PALING TERUK BAS DI MALAYSIA 👎🏾

Terrible bus service provider, keep route here and there picked up passager and request u change bus at TBS, driver keep stopping and driver drive very unsafe and terrible.
