I had what can only be described as a superb travelling experience with Swiss tours. They were fully booked for the day but still offered me to board up until Masvingo where the passenger who had book ... I had what can only be described as a superb travelling experience with Swiss tours. They were fully booked for the day but still offered me to board up until Masvingo where the passenger who had booked the seat would be boarding. They took me to Masvingo and helped me find another bus to help me proceed the rest of the way. The guys at the station waited for me until I could get another bus that could take me the rest of the way. They went out of the way to make sure I was safe and felt comfortable. I was treated like family by complete strangers and it was a level of hospitality that you'd expect from a 5 star airlines to first class customers. They offered me water and drinks even though they didn't have to. They helped me board the next bus and my experience in that bus opened my eyes as to why all their buses were booked whilst other buses traveled routes with empty seats. It was truly a masterclass in customer service and I am sure to recommend every single one of my friends and family to board their buses. If they keep this up they are sure to bankrupt all the other competitors as their service is on a tier by itself compared to their contemporaries
