Worse experience. The bus was not punctual at all! Somemore, the fatty Indian guy taking the attendance of passenger slowly and not friendly at all. He spotted my new air tight cracker in the bag and ... Worse experience. The bus was not punctual at all! Somemore, the fatty Indian guy taking the attendance of passenger slowly and not friendly at all. He spotted my new air tight cracker in the bag and asked me to take out. That is my belongings!! Why should I pass to him?? That is a gift from my friends. So rude and nonsense!

setelah sekian lama x naik bas.. bila naik malang betul aku dapat seat yg leaking ekonnye.. complain kt driver dia marah aku kenapa tutup penutup ekon tu.. masalahnye smua org tutup pastu dia marah ck ... setelah sekian lama x naik bas.. bila naik malang betul aku dapat seat yg leaking ekonnye.. complain kt driver dia marah aku kenapa tutup penutup ekon tu.. masalahnye smua org tutup pastu dia marah ckp ekon kena block suh smua org bukak.. masalahnye even da bukak pun penutup ekon tu.. ekonnye still leaking kat aku.. dah ler jem prjalanan panjang..aku rasa aku dah mcm main hujan dalam bas weh, sampai uma xyah mandi dah..cukup mandi dengan air ekon je...nk tukau seat basnye penuh.. ape ke malang nasib aku.. aku xamik pulak no bas.. tp ni perjalanan 28/02/2025 jam 9.45 pm ke putrajaya dr muar.. aku xnak bgtau seat brape..biau korang terkena skali.. k bye..sekian

Just lambat sikit. Dekat ticket 745 tapi sampai around 8 camtu. Bas bersih, sejuk. Sampai TBS pun awal 12 lebih. Tak expect sampai seawal tu sebab bas sampai lambat. Apapun saya puas hati. Tunggu dari 1245 rushing from Singapore, then wait for 2 hours yet still no bus at all! No more Top Liner. This service should lingkup, bazir masa n menyusahkan org!!!

The worse service bus ever. i have to wait for 2 hour then later just tell me to take a grab to take a bus from TBS. what point i buy a ticket bus from this station? if have to go to tbs? nonsense. wh ... bas takbole tgu even 3minutes. selalu kau sidai org ni org sidaii kau tkkn tkbole. 1st beli tiket topliner and ini last la badddddddd!!!!!

Vert very terrible experience!!! Bas 4.45pm . Pukul 7pm baru bas sampai putrajaya sentrall. Alasan jammed. Bad lain sampai on time jaaa. Membuang masa . Tak fikir ke penumpang ni ada timung nak kene kejar juga. Sampai pasir gudang dh kul 2 pagi ….9 jam …. Sangat teruk!
