bas takbole tgu even 3minutes. selalu kau sidai org ni org sidaii kau tkkn tkbole. 1st beli tiket topliner and ini last la badddddddd!!!!!

Vert very terrible experience!!! Bas 4.45pm . Pukul 7pm baru bas sampai putrajaya sentrall. Alasan jammed. Bad lain sampai on time jaaa. Membuang masa . Tak fikir ke penumpang ni ada timung nak kene kejar juga. Sampai pasir gudang dh kul 2 pagi ….9 jam …. Sangat teruk!

Wow! Very rude bus driver. Ignored you when you ask him questions. What kind of people are they hiring? No wonder the buses are always empty. Beli tiket tapi tak naik pun. Sebab bas tak sampai. Dah tunggu satu jam baru bagitau bas kena batal. Refund pun apa guna. Siapa nak bagi balik satu jam menunggu? Never again. Not top liner. Bus scheduled at 7;45 am but at 8:30 am, still no sight of bus is seen at the station. I had to call the Topliner Express customer service and only to find out that I am changed to 9:30 bus. I had to call the Topliner Express customer service and only to find out that I am changed to 9:30 bus. Why do we customer only found out about it 1 hour later, and it only because i called them, if I didnt call them, then am i suppose to wait there until 9:30pm? and be in the dark with my bus status? I am so dissappointed as I have other commitment that requires me to be there early as per time scheduled of the bus to arrive in jb. So utterly disappointed and never gonna repeat again.

Paling teruk punye bus service, beli ticket dr Pasir gudang jam 1.45 ptg...bus Sampai terminal jam 2 ptg...gerak ke Larkin, Sampai Larkin driver tidur 2 jam..jam 5.30 ptg br gerak...now dah jam 10.30m ... Paling teruk punye bus service, beli ticket dr Pasir gudang jam 1.45 ptg...bus Sampai terminal jam 2 ptg...gerak ke Larkin, Sampai Larkin driver tidur 2 jam..jam 5.30 ptg br gerak...now dah jam 10.30mlm, Masih tak Sampai TBS...sgt2 teruk!!!!!
