Hello, I bought 2 tickets on the site of you company from Burgas to Sofia. Our bus arrived to bus station at 01 pm. I'm Portuguese resident and don't understand Bulgarian( for tourist country I think ... Hello, I bought 2 tickets on the site of you company from Burgas to Sofia. Our bus arrived to bus station at 01 pm. I'm Portuguese resident and don't understand Bulgarian( for tourist country I think it's not a problem). The bus driver told very quickly where we had to put our luggage and I didn't understand at once . He started to shout loudly and constantly repeated that he was tired of foreigners, specially russian speakers. Than he took my bag and threw onto luggage rack carelessly(the bag is not cheap). At your site you haven't any mention that your trips are just for Bulgarian. I'm really upset, because this episode ruined all my good impressions of your country. I consider the driver's behaviour very offensive and discriminative.

The bus arrived an hour and a half late. The company did not communicate, send an email, or do anything else. We tried calling, but they didn't answer the phone. We called multiple times, and still no ... The bus arrived an hour and a half late. The company did not communicate, send an email, or do anything else. We tried calling, but they didn't answer the phone. We called multiple times, and still nothing. The bus does not have a bathroom, no Wi-Fi, and only a single power outlet with about 4 to 5 plugs on the whole bus. The bus is dirty and has cockroaches.

The bus was more than 2 hours late, and there was no communication from the company informing us - we had to phone them 3 times to ask when the bus will arrive and each time were ... The bus was more than 2 hours late, and there was no communication from the company informing us - we had to phone them 3 times to ask when the bus will arrive and each time were just told 20min. The bus driver did not speak English, and was very rude when I tried to ask how long the break will be and just kept pushing me out of the bus. The bus was extremely dirty and smelled, the floors were sticky and the toilet was not working. Worst experience ever, avoid AT ALL COST.

Worst bus ride of my life 3 hour delay very bad customer service the drivers are very mean to passengers no toilet and no charger plugs. DON'T TAKE IT.

Berlin Express charged me 37 euros for a bus from Union Ivkoni which was not there 3 hours later. The reviews are bad. I had to pay Flix bus 66 euros at 3 am. I am furious.

The bus on 27 April 2024 from Amsterdam to Sofia supposed to come at 17:00 in Bonn-Köln airport Bus Station. The bus came at 19:21. The drivers smoked constantly and the bus has no toilet. The drivers smoked constantly and the bus has no toilet. People need toilet including children, the bus driver was shouting and obnoxious and saying that he will decide when he will drive the bus to parking with toilet for the passengers. I told the driver that he is not the one to choose when people need toilet, he answered to me to shutout, otherwise he will throw me out of the bus on the highway.

I’m sitting here with my shirt off and my pants rolled up to my knees and it’s 5 degrees outside right now. Why the hell is it so hot on this bus. My hip feels like it has gained an extra 30 years just from this one bus trip and not even the local Hindley Street massage parlours will be able to fix it. All in all, probably the worst thing I’ve ever experienced in my life.
