I had booked a lower seat, but the driver and conductor gave it to someone else. Since we are 52 and 56 years old, we requested the seat back because we were uncomfortable with the upper seat. However ...
I had booked a lower seat, but the driver and conductor gave it to someone else. Since we are 52 and 56 years old, we requested the seat back because we were uncomfortable with the upper seat. However, both the driver and conductor responded rudely. Instead of assisting us, they mocked our request to vacate the seat. Additionally, they did not provide us with the blankets that were supposed to be included, nor did they allow us to have the breakfast that was part of the tour package.
