Very discriminating when it comes to pet travel they say “pet friendly” but they only allow dogs, cats, rooster to travel not any other pets like rabbits. Even if the passenger has all legal documents such as BAI certificates and ESA (emotional support animal) certificates that your doctore have given. Victory wont cater. So if you will travel with your furry friends if it is not on their standards of “pet friendly” do not book any more very disappointed.

The First Class bus is a lot better than this Royal bus. the company is not showing the real configuration of the bus. The inside is so crump because there is a row of seats in the middle I was seated in one of those seats. It is too narrow - if you are on the heavy side you won't fit. If you try to reach for your bottle of water in front of you won't be able to do it because the second deck is so low . This is TORTURE bus. I've been telling people I know to take the Frist Class bus rather than this Royal Bus if to go to Baguio and back. It is a 5 hour torture ride.
