Bus was not good. There was sounds. While booking it was mentioned bus is volvo but it was not at all volvo and it was feeling like normal AC bus. Bus travel was not comfortable.

I m regular travelers for VRL travels past 15 years. Yesterday I travelled from Hyderabad to Pune. We arrived late by 3 hours. If asked driver he is being little rude. Every passenger has right to as ... I m regular travelers for VRL travels past 15 years. Yesterday I travelled from Hyderabad to Pune. We arrived late by 3 hours. If asked driver he is being little rude. Every passenger has right to ask y it's late. But his reply was not good. Kindly look into it . N requesting u to change dinner stop please it's worst place, worst quality no taste, service is worst. They only come for billing. N also charge for washroom use. It's unacceptable

Had horrible experience travelling with niece though travelling thru Volvo. Bed bugs all around. Bed bug feeding on my niece neck who is just a year old.Cleanliness not maintained, pista shells left ... Had horrible experience travelling with niece though travelling thru Volvo. They won't drop you to the drop locations, they will say arrange alternate vehicle. When we ask anything to driver they always say check in office. Won't bother about the timings it's always 1 to 2 h ... They won't drop you to the drop locations, they will say arrange alternate vehicle. Driver always try escape with situation and they will say ask to the office.

Worst travels ever..they shut AC in the middle and won't respond even. When called for this issue the management is asking to go for driver rather they need to call...kids suffered a lot

Worst Transport service and mannerless drivers. They do not follow timings and have to shift buses in middle of the night around 2am. This travel should be banned forever.

Poorest management of pick ups hell travelling in vrl

These buses do not follow timing, Bus booked for 4.30, informed me that bus was delayed for 30 min, but pickup van reached at 5.50 Pm, they even don't respond your calls , if you call the for 1000 t ... These buses do not follow timing, Bus booked for 4.30, informed me that bus was delayed for 30 min, but pickup van reached at 5.50 Pm, they even don't respond your calls , if you call the for 1000 times also, worst service regarding time. AC also won't work in pickup van. They don't care about your timings and value, Better to choose Smart Inter City bus services.
