Horrible service ever!!! I will never ever ever ever use this bus. Bus was supposed to leave at 1pm but we left @5pm. No explanation whatsoever. We had to organise our own transport from Bloemfontein ... Horrible service ever!!! I will never ever ever ever use this bus. Bus was supposed to leave at 1pm but we left @5pm. No explanation whatsoever. We had to organise our own transport from Bloemfontein to Joburg because the driver was driving very slow. You people need to do bettter!!!!!

This wezwe bus service must be shutter down no customs service bad attitude robbery drivers and conductors these ppl are taking money from us unlawfully they have no respect for no one they need to st ... This wezwe bus service must be shutter down no customs service bad attitude robbery drivers and conductors these ppl are taking money from us unlawfully they have no respect for no one they need to stay in Zimbabwe not to come here and rob us their buses are not serviced it always come late and leave late I wouldn’t recommend any one to use this stupid bus

Very bad service. Always late and the bus is not comfortable at all. My ticket was R800 with my wife but after an hour somebody bought the same ticket for R1300. My wife luggage was charged by some ve ... Very bad service. Always late and the bus is not comfortable at all. My ticket was R800 with my wife but after an hour somebody bought the same ticket for R1300. My wife luggage was charged by some very rude guy who I got into a very hot arguement. He charged us R100 for a 17kg bag. These people need to be reported coz they are very rude and their bus stops everywhere even on toilets that are not working....sies

I am furious with the service that Wezwe Coaches have offered so far. My employee was given a ticket from Cape Town to Harare, which was to leave at 3pm. When he arrived at the station, he was inform ... I am furious with the service that Wezwe Coaches have offered so far. My employee was given a ticket from Cape Town to Harare, which was to leave at 3pm. When he arrived at the station, he was informed that the bus was leaving at 6pm! He has just arrived in Johannesburg, to be told he will be going via Masvingo, and then to catch another bus to Harare. The officials in Johannesburg cannot advise him of the departure time this evening...maybe 6pm or 7pm or 8pm!!!!!!! This is unacceptable and it is obvious that all the previous reviews are correct in rating this bus service as the worst. Do NOT book through Pick and Pay, as this will be the service chosen and you CANNOT cancel the ticket. Be warned. I wish there was a way to give a negative star

Yoh I’m so DISAPPOINTED in your service,your service it’s the worst even your employees have a very bad attitude towards the customers.i won’t recommend anyone to do the mistake that I did by choosing ... She even lied to us that this bus has toilet 🚽 inside only to find out there’s no such. 0% percent on service
