The ride was smooth, and we actually arrived ahead of schedule, which I greatly appreciated. Kudos to the drivers for ensuring a timely and comfortable trip! However, my experience took a disappointing turn when I arrived at the Cape Town Station. While waiting for my luggage, I realized my phone had been pickpocketed. As soon as I noticed, I reported the incident to the security staff at the station, but unfortunately, they were unable to assist me. I then went to the Intercape offices to inquire about any available footage that might help, but was told they do not have cameras in place. I was also told that this kind of incident is "an everyday thing" at the station, which left me frustrated and concerned. If this is indeed a frequent occurrence, I wonder why more measures aren't being taken to address it. Additionally, I noticed that individuals with trolleys are allowed to approach passengers as soon as they disembark, which seems like a potential opportunity for theft. Why are these individuals still permitted to enter the area when so many reports of theft are being made? Overall, while the bus journey itself was great, the lack of support and security at Cape Town Station has left a bad impression. I hope that Intercape and the station can take more serious action to improve the safety of passengers.

My journey took place on September 25th, 2024, departing Durban at 4:00 PM and arriving in Cape Town on September 26th, 2024, at 10:00 PM. I was particularly impressed with the professionalism and courtesy displayed by the drivers, Mr. Manayi and Mr. Mhlakaza. They ensured a smooth and comfortable ride, and their expertise made the long journey enjoyable. The bus was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with necessary amenities. The staff was helpful and attentive, making the entire experience pleasant. Please extend my gratitude to Mr. Manayi and Mr. Mhlakaza for their outstanding service. On the 26/08 Returning frm Durban 2 Capetown wat a Disaster. Bus Departed at 06h45 in morning via EC I think at Butterworth the bus OVERLOADED passenger with 8more standing passengers. On the way 2East London Boom the POLICE then we hd 2go 2the Nearest Police Station some Fine needed 2b Payed by the Bus Company hours later we traveled. Also the ws Luggage on the Passage. We were Supposed 2Arrive in Capetown at 07h30 in the morning on the 27/08 guess wat we arrived 9hours later, at 16h20 . No one APOLOGIZED
