Dear Big Sky (Intercape) Team,
I am writing to express my appreciation for the exceptional service I received during my recent trip from Durban to Cape Town. My journey took place on September 25th, 2024, departing Durban at 4:00 PM and arriving in Cape Town on September 26th, 2024, at 10:00 PM.
I was particularly impressed with the professionalism and courtesy displayed by the drivers, Mr. Manayi and Mr. Mhlakaza. They ensured a smooth and comfortable ride, and their expertise made the long journey enjoyable.
The bus was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with necessary amenities. The staff was helpful and attentive, making the entire experience pleasant.
Please extend my gratitude to Mr. Manayi and Mr. Mhlakaza for their outstanding service. Their dedication to providing excellent customer experience is commendable.
