The bus was supposed to be in Durban at 16:05 but it was only there at 17:42. At Hilderburg they decided to change and the driver told me to drop my phone and look for my bag cause I'm delaying them. ... This bus should not even be allowed on the road. The toilet was full, blocked and out of order the entire way. The bus driver stopped for half an hour at some stops and caused a delay of 4-5 hours. The bus driver stopped for half an hour at some stops and caused a delay of 4-5 hours. Passengers singing, talking and making a noise without driver intervention. NO AFTER HOUR SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS ASSISTANCE OVERALL HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I DON'T RECOMMEND USING THIS SERVICE EVER

B013JX90 TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWI ... The communication below was emailed to Intercity Xpress on the 27th September 2024...and no response TO DATE!!! Attention: Without prejudice I refer to Ticket no. B013JX90 TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING: 1. The boarding at Midrand was over 20minutes late and no one had any update. Even the employees at the counter where unable to assist or even provide contact details for Intercity Express. 2. After searching...All contact details where called for Intercity Express and no one answered! 3. EVERY SINGLE PASSENGER WAS SUBJECTED TO WAITING IN A DISSORDERLY QUEUE AND WITH NO PROPER SHELTER FROM THE WEATHER!!! 4. The bus DID NOT have air-conditioning making the trip to Pietermaritzburg even more Uncomfortable! 5. The bus DID NOT arrive on time in Pietermaritzburg leaving all planning for travel from drop off point to final destination totally diminished and costly to all involved!!! I require: 1. A complete refund of the ticket IMMEDIATELY! 2. Or whatever MUTUALLY ACCEPTED "GOOD WILL" Intercity Xpress will offer...within 48hours! I reserve all my rights in this matter.

It's been 2 months since I asked for a refund they refuse to refund or even answer my messages on their WhatsApp. I do not rec ... The worst bus ever . The service is ridiculous, I have asked for a refund and its been 2 months without receiving it. When you call the customer care they hang up the line. To be specific Tinyiko . On the 19/08 traveling frm Capetown 2 Durban with Intercity bus Departed 18h00 supposed 2Arrive in Durban on the 20/08 at 20h20 bt it Arrived 21h30 at night, No one Apologized. On the 26/08 Returning ... On the 19/08 traveling frm Capetown 2 Durban with Intercity bus Departed 18h00 supposed 2Arrive in Durban on the 20/08 at 20h20 bt it Arrived 21h30 at night, No one Apologized. On the 26/08 Returning frm Durban 2 Capetown wat a Disaster. Bus Departed at 06h45 in morning via EC I think at Butterworth the bus OVERLOADED passenger with 8more standing passengers. On the way 2East London Boom the POLICE then we hd 2go 2the Nearest Police Station some Fine needed 2b Payed by the Bus Company hours later we traveled. Also the ws Luggage on the Passage. We were Supposed 2Arrive in Capetown at 07h30 in the morning on the 27/08 guess wat we arrived 9hours later, at 16h20 . No one APOLOGIZED
